Frequently asked questions about campus office hours and front-desk access at the main administration building.
Official answer: the front desk opens at 08:00 Monday through Friday for student services and ID checks.
Staff arrive fifteen minutes early to prepare the sign-in desk and visitor log.
Official answer: visitors must sign in before 18:00. After that time only staff with key cards may enter without an escort.
Official answer: mail is held at the front desk and must be collected within five working days using photo ID.
Large parcels are stored in the ground-floor locker room. You will receive an email when a package arrives.
Official answer: courier deliveries after 18:00 must use the loading-bay entrance on the east side of the administration building.
